The app runs in your phone's browser, and you can install it on the home screen so it opens like any other app.
Install on Android or desktop
- Open the app in Chrome.
- Tap Install app on the dashboard card, or in the More menu.
- Confirm. The icon appears on your home screen.
Install on iPhone
- Open the app in Safari.
- Tap Share, scroll down and tap Add to Home Screen.
- Open it from the home screen. Notifications on iPhone only work from the installed app.

What works offline
When you're signed in, the app keeps an offline job pack on your phone: today's and tomorrow's jobs, plus any job you're checked in to. Without signal you can:
- open the job, on-site and survey screens,
- check in and out (times are when you tapped),
- take photos (capture times are kept),
- edit the survey, record a no-signature reason, tick closeout items,
- collect an in-person signature.
Pages you've visited show Offline — showing last update. Directions, call and text hand off to your phone as usual.
The sync pill
Changes made offline wait on the phone. The pill at the top shows how many are Waiting to sync and sends them when you're back online (or tap Sync now). Each item can be retried or discarded. If a job changed meanwhile (for example it was canceled), the item stays with the reason so nothing is lost silently.
Needs a connection
Sending the closeout, issuing invoices, recording payments and sending email need signal. Those buttons say Needs connection while offline.
Updates
When a new version is out, a bar says New version available. Tap Refresh when it suits you; nothing reloads on its own and what you've typed is kept.
Signing out
Signing out removes the offline copies from the phone.
