Your account can have three kinds of team member.
- Owner: everything, including business details, team, sending identity, connection requests, billing, data export and account deletion.
- Office: everything day to day (jobs, quotes, invoices, payments, companies), but not team or business settings.
- Crew: only the jobs they're assigned to, and never any prices.
Invite someone
- Go to Settings → Team → Add team member.
- Enter their name, email and role, and optionally phone and skills.
- They get an invite email with a link to set their password (or copy the link from the screen with New invite link if email isn't set up).
When they sign in the first time, they see a short introduction for their role.

Skills
Add skills (for example vehicle wraps, wallcovering, window film) in Settings → Team. Give each person their skills, and give each job the skills it needs. When you pick a crew, people with matching skills are listed first.
Assign a crew
On the job's Crew card, pick a Lead and helpers, then Save crew. The app warns you when someone is already booked at that time. A company can have a default crew that's filled in on its new jobs.
Scheduled jobs in the next two weeks with no lead show on the dashboard as Needs crew.
What crew see
- Their own assigned jobs, calendar and on-site screens.
- Photos, forms, survey and closeout for those jobs.
- Never quote amounts, invoices, payments or anything with a price. The original forwarded email isn't shown to crew because POs often carry prices; its attachments are.
When someone leaves
The owner can disable a team member; they're signed out at once and removed from crews of jobs not yet installed. Their name stays on work they did.
A team member can also ask to have their personal data removed: their name and email are replaced on historical records, and their login is closed.
