The app keeps every install request, quote, visit, closeout and invoice for a job in one place. Most jobs start as an email you already get: you forward it, the app reads it, and you check what it pulled out.
Create your account
- Go to Start free trial and enter your name, business name, email and a password (at least 10 characters).
- Accept the Terms and Privacy Policy.
- Open the link in the verification email. The app won't send email on your behalf until your address is verified.

Work through the checklist
Your dashboard shows a Get set up checklist until everything is done. Progress is saved, and you can dismiss it at any time.
- Business details and logo. These print on quotes, invoices and closeout packets.
- Your forwarding address. Copy it and forward any install request from your own email. When the first one lands, the checklist says We got it!
- Add your first company. A print company you work for (trade) or your own client (direct).
- Approval form and photo rules. Set your defaults, or skip.
- Install the app on your phone. It works offline on site.
- Invite crew or a subcontractor. Optional.

Find your way around
- Dashboard shows today's installs, what's next, and counts for review, quotes, closeouts and invoices.
- Jobs lists every job by stage, as a list or a board.
- Companies holds your print companies and direct clients; Subcontractors sits beside it.
- Payments shows open invoices and what you've received.
- Calendar shows scheduled work and has a private link for Google Calendar.
- Settings holds business details, team, notifications, security and your data.
Getting help
Open Help from the More menu (phone) or the account menu (computer). Send feedback, in the same menus, sends a message (and an optional screenshot) straight to support, with the page you were on. What's new lists recent changes; a dot shows when there's something you haven't seen.
