How plans will work
- New businesses start with a free trial of 30 days, with no card needed and every Pro feature. [COPY — review]
- After the trial, the Pro plan is required to keep working, priced at [PRICE]. [COPY — review]
- Crew are added as crew seats on Pro, priced at [PRICE] per seat. [COPY — review]
- If a trial ends without upgrading, the account goes read-only: you can view and export everything, but not add or change work. [COPY — review]
- Nothing is deleted when a trial ends. Upgrading restores everything at once. [COPY — review]
Subcontractors
- A business that only receives subcontracted jobs works those jobs free, with no plan. [COPY — review]
- A subcontractor can also create up to 5 of its own jobs a month for free before it needs to upgrade. [COPY — review]
Clients
- Client users (print companies and customers you share with) are always free. [COPY — review]
Who manages billing
Only the owner will see plan and billing settings. Office and crew are never asked to pay; they'll see "Ask your account owner." [COPY — review]
